How do I sign up?

What is the cost to the landlord?

There is no cost to the landlord to implement this program.

Does this cover pet deposits?

Yes, our program can be customized to include Pet Deposits.

Can I utilize SureDeposit at lease renewal time?

SureDeposit is a great retention and renewal tool for qualified residents. SureDeposit provides assistance in launching a renewal program. Residents love receiving their security deposits back and leasing agents love having something to offer good residents to keep them on‐site or within the portfolio.

What is the underwriting procedure?

The underwriting is done at the corporate, not the site level. Once a landlord is approved, any community within the landlord’s portfolio is automatically approved.

Can SureDeposit be used at HUD properties?

Many of our clients use SureDeposit at their HUD insured properties. However, for HUD insured properties and particularly Project‐Based Section 8 properties, we encourage you to seek independent legal and tax counsel to determine whether SureDeposit is an acceptable program.
